About E-Bike
E-Bike is an hybrid bike that are driven by both the muscular force and battery engine. The additional propulsion runs during ride and up to 25 km / h. The battery helps to reduce effort by combining transport efficiency, environmental sustainability and physical well-being. E-bike is also suitable for cyclists who are more cherished than beginners or those who interpret the pedal-assisted bike as a simple means of transport at zero emissions. F.A.Q.
Local taxes, drilling kit, homologated helmets, anti-theft system, water bottle, pedals attack.
Deliver/Return Service in places other than our offices, fines for traffic violations and unpaid tolls, and anything not mentioned in rental contract.
The rental period starts on the day and at the time the bike is delivered and finishes on the day and at the time is returned at our offices. A rental day is a 24-hour time period.
Payments can be done cash or by credit card (no check). We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
The place of return of the bike will be the withdrawal of the same store unless it is not indicated on the contract a different delivery place and not otherwise damaged.
Personal document, minimum 18 y/o and warranty credit card.
The rental period can be extended upon notice to the agency, at least 3 hours before returning the vehicle, provided that the same vehicle has already been booked.
You can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before your reservation starts. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged
